An outlook on the health and future of the multifamily housing industry through local and national experts. It's the premier forecasting and networking event of the year.

This year's lineup covers the full picture facing Arizona multifamily: a federal legislative and NAAPAC briefing from National Apartment Association leadership, national housing market data and 2027 economic projections from rental housing economist Jay Parsons, a look at what's driving Greater Phoenix's population and hiring trends, local market analytics from CoStar, and a deep dive into Arizona's water supply and what it means for future growth and development.

Full-day attendees will hear from six national and local experts across a morning of programming, with breakfast, breaks, and networking built in throughout.
