Join the AMA and Cox Communications as we celebrate the 35th Annual Tribute Awards! The Tribute Awards will honor multifamily professionals and communities for their outstanding performance in the Arizona Apartment Industry. This is an experience that you and your nominees will treasure for a lifetime.

Attending the event? What to know:
The event is being held at the TBD. If you are being dropped off, the address is TBD. Look for the AMA signs to guide you. See below for parking information.
The cocktail reception begins at 5pm in the ballroom foyer. Doors to the ballroom will open at 5:15pm, with the program starting at 6pm. Please let your guests know that bars do not open until 5:00pm. To allow staff to be fully ready for you, we ask that you please do not arrive early.
Note that bars are cashless: they take credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Attire is formal. Think red carpet fancy!

If anyone in your group ordered a vegan or dairy free meal, one of your tables will have an envelope with those meal tickets for your guest to present to the server.
If you pre-ordered bottles of wine, those will be placed at your table prior to dinner service.
The Convention Center has asked me to share the following information:
- Don’t forget your valid ID if you’d like to enjoy alcoholic beverages
- Outside alcohol isn’t permitted in the convention center
- Have fun but drink responsibly. Event staff may refuse service to anyone who appears visibly intoxicated.

Hosted by Industry Partners, the 2027 Tribute Awards After-Party will be held at the Renaissance Phoenix immediately following the ceremony. This event is not hosted by AMA; industry partners must sponsor this event to attend.
