As one of our annual signature events, this high energy, fast paced event is not to be missed! Industry Partner members get quality time with key decision makers from Arizona's leading apartment owners and management companies. 

How It Works: 

At the Reverse Trade Show, the management companies are set up behind the tables and industry partners (vendors) go around the room and meet with them in a "speed dating" style. When the timer goes off, industry partners head to the next table. Meet with all management companies or just the ones you want! Meetings are not pre-planned or assigned.

Each registration includes a team of two company representatives to explore the Trade Show Floor together. 

Schedule:

All attendees get two hours on the Trade Show Floor to meet with any companies they choose. (Sponsorships available for extra time). Simply get in line for the table you want to meet with. 

Event entry time is staggered based on sponsorship level:
Emerald Sponsors begin at 1pm
Ruby Sponsors join at 1:30pm
Turquoise Sponsors join at 1:45
Teams join at 2pm

Event goes until 4pm for all groups.

Also included: 

All attendees will receive a Member Profile Packet that details requirements on how to do business with each company. 

All attendees will also receive a link to view pre-recorded Q&A interviews with each management company to prepare you for the show.

We recommend reviewing the materials PRIOR TO the event so you are prepared when you have your meeting and can spend your 3 minutes exchanging contact information rather than asking questions.

Sponsorships:

Sponsors get extra time on the Trade Show Floor based on their sponsorship level. The higher the sponsor level, the more time on the floor, with fewer people in the room before it opens to all attendees. All sponsors will also get their logo on signage at the event.

Sponsorship includes 2 company representatives. To add more reps, purchase the "Additional Team" ticket and all reps will be able to attend at the sponsored time slot.
