Arid Valley Plumbing is a family-owned and operated plumbing company proudly serving multifamily, commercial, and residential properties throughout the Phoenix Metro area and Prescott. Available 24/7, our team specializes in emergency plumbing, drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer camera inspections, water heater services, underground repairs, stack replacements, repipes, boilers, large-scale plumbing projects, and more.
Our primary focus is supporting Arizona's multifamily industry through responsive service, proactive communication, and long-term property solutions. We partner closely with property managers, maintenance teams, regional managers, and ownership groups to help protect assets, minimize downtime, and resolve issues efficiently. From routine maintenance and preventative drain programs to major capital improvement projects, our team is committed to delivering quality workmanship while keeping clients informed every step of the way.

Our technicians are trained specifically for multifamily operations, call when they're en route, check in upon arrival, check out upon completion, and never discuss repairs with residents. Every property is assigned a dedicated point of contact, either Jennifer Marie (East of I-17) or Angela Mora (West of I-17), who provides 4-hour arrival windows, repair updates, photos, videos, job status, and timelines for longer repairs. We believe communication is just as important as the repair itself.
