Professional Bio
As Business Development Manager for Arid Valley Plumbing, I am responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and supporting operational success throughout the multifamily, commercial, and residential markets. Since entering the multifamily industry in May 2025, I have focused on expanding market presence through property visits, industry events, networking, vendor onboarding, and relationship-building with property management companies, ownership groups, and maintenance teams.
I oversee client communications, manage active accounts, coordinate project updates, ensure estimates are delivered within 24-48 hours, and work closely with technicians, dispatch, office staff, and our Field Manager to keep projects moving efficiently and clients informed. Utilizing ServiceTitan, I monitor opportunities, track project progress, maintain account records, and support scheduling and operational coordination.
I currently manage a Business Development Associate and am helping lead the expansion of our business development team, with plans to hire additional associates as the company continues to grow. My role combines sales, account management, team leadership, operational support, marketing, and client retention to drive revenue growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
