Kim started his multifamily career 23 years ago as a National Account Manager for Maintenance Warehouse which became HD Supply, managing West Coast corporate based accounts, more notably Pinnacle Realty Management. Kim was recruited by Pinnacle in 2006 to join them as a VP of Business Development, this one career move shaped his entire multifamily career. Notable leadership positions with ConService, Yardi in two different roles and contributing to the growth and acquisition of Dogwood Building Supply by Ferguson
Kim was born and raised in Seattle, but has resided in Arizona for the last 12 years. Kim has two accomplished children and three grandsons in Seattle. He enjoys singing, riding and customizing Harleys and has an American Bulldog, named Duke!
