Michael Shore

Michael Shore is President and CEO of HOM, Inc., a leader in permanent housing solutions for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. HOM, Inc., partners with nonprofit and public agencies to operate Permanent Supportive Housing and Rapid Re-Housing programs to stably house over 4,800 formerly homeless households throughout Arizona. Michael also works closely with public housing authorities in Maricopa County to increase access to mainstream housing programs for homeless and vulnerable households.

Michael served as Director of Operations for the 100,000 Homes Campaign, a sector-building movement that helped to transform the nation’s response to chronic homelessness from 2012-2014. He continues his involvement at the national level through speaking and consulting engagements and in the deployment of his new technology product, Padmission, a web-based housing search platform that helps connect participants in homeless housing programs with landlords and available units in communities.

Michael has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Arizona State University. He also proudly serves as Chair of the board of directors for the Crisis Response Network.
