Nikki Eancheff

Nikki began her career in the multi-housing industry in 1984 with her family's business, Genie Services. Originally a carpet cleaning company, her father, Nicholas Eancheff, expanded the services to include painting, cleaning, drywall work, and maintenance, reaching into the Nevada and Texas markets. Nikki graduated from Arizona State University with a Global Business degree in 1998. With over 40 years of experience serving the Valley's apartment communities, Nikki holds licenses in both commercial and residential painting, wallcovering, and drywall. In 2023, the company rebranded and adopted a new name: Genie Turn Solutions. We specialize in vacant turns and are committed to quality services and customer satisfaction.
