I’m Rosie, the operational engine behind Team Ossanna Arizona’s go-to experts in commercial restoration and floor care. As COO, I lead with purpose, grit, and an unapologetic commitment to excellence. I’ve spent over 20 years building high-performance service teams across HVAC, restoration, and property services, and I’ve seen firsthand what works—and what fails—inside multifamily buildings.
Team Ossanna was built to raise the bar. We don’t do “maybe” or “sometime this week.” We show up when we say we will, ready to deliver industrial-grade results with zero excuses. Our crews are seasoned, our trucks are loaded, and our standards are non-negotiable.
