Tim Furnas

Tim brings over 25 years of leadership in business management and ownership, culminating in his recent venture, Avalanche Security Solutions. His long-standing commitment to the Arizona Multihousing Association is evident through his 15+ years of active involvement, including his role on the Executive Board of Directors. As an expert in security and safety, Tim regularly speaks at monthly coalition meetings on topics such as crime statistics, personal safety, and crime trends. He also develops and delivers critical active shooter training for businesses and other agencies.
