Are you Redi for Maintenance Mania? Maintenance Mania is a full day of education, competition, and of course prizes! The games may be new, but the fun, team building, and educational opportunities are not!
Be sure and visit the 70+ industry partner tables while you are there!

Companies that would be considered Industry Partners (vendors, supplies, etc.) are not permitted to register as an attendee and walk the game floor. Only Industry Partners who are sponsors or purchase a tabletop may attend.

Maintenance Games

Race Car Competition Info:
- Must use approved competition wheels provided by AMA.
- Wheels will be available for pickup beginning 10/8 at the AMA Office. Best times for pick up are Monday - Thursday, 9am-3pm. If you need to pick up outside of those hours, please first call 602-296-6200 to make sure someone is there.

Industry Partner FAQ
When do I move in and how do I know where my table is?
Move-in will be on Wednesday, November 12 in the afternoon. Patrons may move-in starting at 1:30pm; everyone else may move-in from 2:30pm - 4:00pm. Not sure if you are a Patron? Click here to see the list and get more information on the program.
Tables are first come, first served, but there is no bad table!
Will you provide name tags?
It's your choice! All sponsors and exhibitors will get a wristband to enter the floor, so you may wear your company name tag if you'd like. If your company does not have name tags, please click the link below. Form due no later than November 3, 2025.

Industry Partner Tabletop Information
I see the event begins at 8am; do I need to be in the room all day?
During the morning, attendees will participate in education classes and then lunch. The game floor opens at 12:15pm; industry partners should plan to be set up and ready to go by 12pm.

AMA Payment Policy: Payment in full is due prior to the event. No changes, refunds, or cancellations will be permitted within 10 days of an event for attendee registrations and within 30 days for sponsorships, Tribute Awards tables, and exhibit tables/booths.
