SPEAKER
Tracey Carboun

 joined Greystar in 2020 as a Senior Director of Education and Training for the Desert and Mountain divisions.  With her team, she partners with Regional Property Managers and Directors in developing and executing performance strategy.  Her team focuses on property operations with the goal to increase NOI, occupancy, service performance, the customer experience, and to ensure communities are in full compliance. Prior to joining Greystar, Tracey spent 27 years with Alliance Residential Company.  Her focus has been in performance management, training and development, leadership development, client relations, budget preparation, and supporting major company initiatives.  Tracey has served in the Apartment Association in various capacities.  She is a Lyceum graduate, Dale Carnegie certified, NALP instructor, and holds a CAPS Certification with the NAA.  Tracey studied Communications and Business at Arizona State University and has experience in operations for both lease up and stabilized communities.         

Kris Wegener

has an extensive background in sales and customer service and has held   C & E Level management positions in fields such as single and multifamily real estate, corporate housing and advertising. Currently, Kris is the VP of Business Observations, a secret shopping company and is a national speaker. She has instructed CAM and NALP certification programs in Arizona for over 15 years. Prior to that; Kris spent 7 years in home building and then joined Mark-Taylor Residential as the first Director of Sales and Training. She has been directly responsible for developing and conducting new hire orientations, and both fundamental and ongoing sales and customer service workshops and seminars. Her coaching and training has led many clients to revenue growth, successful sales, and companywide team building.
