This year's lineup covers the full picture facing Arizona multifamily: a federal legislative and NAAPAC briefing from National Apartment Association leadership, national housing market data and 2027 economic projections from rental housing economist Jay Parsons, a look at what's driving Greater Phoenix's population and hiring trends, local market analytics from CoStar, and a deep dive into Arizona's water supply and what it means for future growth and development.
