Founded in 2012, Up & Co is a wellness company dedicated to fostering strong, connected communities through movement, music, and food. We partner with multifamily residential communities across the Phoenix metro area to deliver weekly fitness classes, yoga programming, and curated resident events — turning shared spaces into places where neighbors actually become neighbors.

Our services range from weekly on-site yoga and fitness classes to signature experiences like Vino & Flow events, community mixers, live music gatherings, and thoughtful food programming. Everything we offer is designed with one goal in mind: helping residents feel more at home where they live. Over 13 years, we’ve delivered more than 25,000 classes to 125,000+ residents across dozens of communities.

Up & Co works directly with property managers to build custom wellness and event packages that elevate the resident experience and strengthen community from the inside out.
