I started my career in the construction trade as a plumber, hvac tech and electrical tech in 1974. I have held two master plumbing licenses one in IL and TX. Ran my own business plumbing and hvac business in TX for 18 years. I moved to Las Vegas in 1998 where I entered the multi- family industry. I have worked for two management companies and have held various positions from tech to Regional Service Manager. Both companies wanted a training program which help to build and roll out. During this time we created programs for all aspects of multi-family needs and held Certified Pool Operator and EPA 608 certifications I have been a hvac/plumbing instructor for two trade schools in NV. I am now the maintenance director for The Phoenix Staffing company. Helped to create a full range of maintenance classes covering almost everything a tech may encounter daily. Including an extensive hvac, plumbing and electrical as well appliance repair just to mention a few. Have been holding a make ready class to train new techs how to get an apartment ready for occupancy. I have held classes for both Arizona( Tucson) multifamily as well as Nevada multifamily and have spoken at two NAA national conventions.
