Bry Carter -Bry has been in property management since 1994. Her job titles have included: Leasing, Assistant Manager, Manager, Lease-Up Manager, Sales Executive, National Sales Development Manager, Regional Sales Director and her recent role as the VP of Sales / National Recruiter. She has worked with: Walden, Gray Clow Residential, ApartmentGuide.com, Gannett, CoStar Group and currently with The Phoenix Staffing. Bry has a HUGE passion for training and her classes include: Leasing, Time Management, SEO/SEM, Maintenance Leadership, How To Brand Yourself and Leadership Branding. She has been married for 20 years, has twin girls that are 17 and a little boy that is 11. Her favorite things to do are to play volleyball, coach kids and learn about new styles of training.
Rachael Kish is a Regional Portfolio Director, leading a team of Community Managers who serve Shelton Residential’s private equity clients. She has served in the multi-family industry since 2003, gaining experience and expertise in competitive rent growth, implementing value add opportunities, staff development, and industry teaching. At Shelton Residential, her goals include assisting clients grow capital for investment in new assets, preparing and equipping the next generation of multi-family leadership, and providing the best client, employee, and resident experiences possible. Rachael holds her CAM and CAPS through the National Apartment Association, instructs for the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA), and is a three time AMA Tributes Finalist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Anderson University (Anderson, IN) and her Arizona real estate license. When Rachael is not busy serving her clients and teams, she enjoys early morning coffee dates with her husband, eating gelato with her children, and doing renovations on her fourth generation New England family home.
Ed Kiper - I started my career in the construction trade as a plumber, hvac tech and electrical tech in 1974. I have held two master plumbing licenses one in IL and TX. Ran my own business plumbing and hvac business in TX for 18 years. I moved to Las Vegas in 1998 where I entered the multi- family industry. I have worked for two management companies and have held various positions from tech to Regional Service Manager. Both companies wanted a training program which help to build and roll out. During this time we created programs for all aspects of multi-family needs and held Certified Pool Operator and EPA 608 certifications I have been a hvac/plumbing instructor for two trade schools in NV. I am now the maintenance director for The Phoenix Staffing company. Helped to create a full range of maintenance classes covering almost everything a tech may encounter daily. Including an extensive hvac, plumbing and electrical as well appliance repair just to mention a few. Have been holding a make ready class to train new techs how to get an apartment ready for occupancy. I have held classes for both Arizona( Tucson) multifamily as well as Nevada multifamily and have spoken at two NAA national conventions.
