Ashley Hunter
Ashley is a seasoned professional in the multi-family industry. With comprehensive experience across all onsite positions, including Regional Community Manager, she has spearheaded numerous successful new developments, renovation projects, and record-breaking lease-ups. Ashley holds a CAM certification, graduated from AMA’s Lyceum program in 2021, and is an active AMA Board Member. Driven by her passion for fostering exceptional culture and empowering individuals, she is dedicated to delivering top-tier experiences, education, and career advancement support to all.
Bry Carter

Bry Carter is a multifamily industry leader with 30+ years of experience in operations, sales, and training. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Multihousing Association and chairs the Industry Partner Council, while also contributing to three national education committees. A graduate of both AMA and NAA Lyceum, Bry is also NAAEI VFT and AFT faculty.
Her career began onsite in 1995, advancing to manage a 696-unit community. She later held leadership roles at ApartmentGuide.com, Gannett/Apartments.com, and CoStar Group. Since 2018, she has helped expand The Phoenix Staffing, launching its direct hire division and leading operations across five markets. Bry regularly teaches CAM and CALP courses and offers industry training nationwide on leasing, time management, leadership, and maintenance.
Driven by a passion for growth, her motto is: “If you're comfortable, you're not growing.”
Tracey Carboun

Tracey joined Greystar in 2020 as a Senior Director of Education and Training for the Desert and Mountain divisions. With her team, she partners with Regional Property Managers and Directors in developing and executing performance strategy. Her team focuses on property operations with the goal to increase NOI, occupancy, service performance, the customer experience, and to ensure communities are in full compliance. Prior to joining Greystar, Tracey spent 27 years with Alliance Residential Company. Her focus has been in performance management, training and development, leadership development, client relations, budget preparation, and supporting major company initiatives. Tracey has served in the Apartment Association in various capacities. She is a Lyceum graduate, Dale Carnegie certified, NALP instructor, and holds a CAPS Certification with the NAA. Tracey studied Communications and Business at Arizona State University and has experience in operations for both lease up and stabilized communities.
