Arizona Multihousing Association Announces 2026 Board Chair and Board of Directors

PHOENIX – The Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA), the statewide trade organization representing Arizona’s apartment industry, today announced its board chair, officers, and board of directors for 2026.

Michelle Sinclair of The Wolff Company will serve as the 2026 Board Chair, succeeding outgoing chair Adam Greco of Mark-Taylor Residential. Sinclair is a 38-year veteran of the multifamily housing industry and currently serves as vice president of strategic operations for The Wolff Company’s 55+ independent living division, Revel. Her career spans property management, operations, leadership development, and strategic growth, with a strong focus on culture, education, and long-term sustainability in housing.

Joining Sinclair on the executive committee are Luis Verger, Vice Chair, Gorman & Company; Stacey Hogue, Treasurer, Greystar Real Estate Partners; Michelle Jenson, Secretary, P.B. Bell; Adam Greco, Immediate Past Chair, Mark-Taylor Residential; and Bry Carter, Industry Partner Executive, The Phoenix Staffing.

“I want our industry to have one voice, and I want to continue to build on everything that past chairs have accomplished in recent years,” said Sinclair. “We need to build on our work with legislators, cities and towns so they understand the continued need to grow the pipeline for housing. We want to deepen engagement among AMA members, take advantage of their strengths and set measurable goals to ensure we’re making the biggest impact possible.”
