IPC takes its April show to Gilbert, and the stunning Acero Val Vista

This quarter the IPC ventured to Gilbert and the beautiful Acero Val Vista, an IDM Companies community. We held our event on April 27.

We had a great attendance of approximately 52 people. IDM provided us with an awesome spread of snacks and drinks to enjoy.

We had the great pleasure of having both Ashley Hunter and Zachary Bartels, Portfolio Managers for IDM, speak at the event. IDM is an owner/developer, meaning they do not manage anything that they have not built.

They anticipate one more community coming on board in Arizona later this year and five more in 2023. IDM has a strong belief in creating community at its buildings and has recently added gardens to help give that community feel.

IDM features a program, IDM Cares, that performs monthly, quarterly, and yearly charity and volunteer work.

At the IPC meeting we also raised funds for the Steve Peters and Julie Hurst scholarships. The winner of the drawing for a lunch meeting with the Southwest IDM team was Natasha Smith with Arbor Contract Carpet.
