COVID-19 has presented unique challenges for all of us in the multihousing industry.  Most have resources to turn to for answers and resources.  For Indenpendet Rental Owners, it can be a little more challenging.  This webinar will provide the answers you need on how continue operating your assest.  Local attorney Mark Zinman from the Zona Law Group will walk through legal considerations including Governor Ducey's Executive Order delaying Writs of Restituion, the CARES Act, and how to proceed with maintenance requests. 

It's free to register but space is limited to 100 people.

 

Speaker

The class will be taught by Mark B. Zinman, a partner with the Zona Law Group.  Mark has been practicing exclusively in this area of the law for almost 15 years and is a regular instructor at the AMA.  He is a former Board member as well as a lyceum graduate.  Zona Law has been actively advising their clients about the changes in the industry as a result of COVID-19, through their firm newsletter as well as their podcast, which can be found on youtube.com and other mediums.
