This seminar is designed to provide information on how to use the Click n’ Lease products properly.  This seminar will cover common mistakes in the use of the Click n’ Lease product as well as descriptions of key provisions that every manager should be aware of when using the Click n’ Lease.   The primary goal to achieve in this seminar is better familiarity with the Click n’ Lease products, understanding of important key provisions of the lease and relevant addenda, and legal issues affecting your community that are covered by the Click n’ Lease products.

Additional topics will include:

  1. Notice of Temporary Waiver of Late Fees
    Allows operators to waive late fees incurred by residents who, as a result of COVID-19, are experiencing loss of wages, unemployment or unexpected medical expenses. 
  2. Payment Plan Agreement (COVID-19 Pandemic)
    Allows a resident who, as a result of COVID-19, is experiencing loss of wages, unemployment or unexpected medical expenses to pay rent and other sums at a later date.

Mr. Walker is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and Arizona Multihousing Association and serves on the Arizona Multihousing Association’s Governmental Affairs Committee.  Mr. Walker regularly advises on legislative initiatives and provides testimony before the Arizona House and Senate on bills related to the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act.
