Tracy Mendoza is currently the Associate Managing Director at Mark-Taylor Residential and has 22 years of industry experience. She started as a leasing consultant for Mark-Taylor and fell in love with helping people find homes. Her passion is training and developing all roles in the industry. She has a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and her Arizona real estate license. She has training with the AMA for over 10 years specifically the NALP program with Kris Wegener.
Joy Shoop is currently a Community Manager in the Midtown Phoenix area. She brings 6 years of industry related experience and is very passionate about every role related in the industry. After being nominated for Best Assistant Manager of 2019 for the AMA Tributes, she quickly evolved from her Assistant Manager role to Community Manager. She is very involved with providing continuing education for her team and has high goals to one day become a Corporate Trainer. In her spare time she loves spending time with her daughter, going to the zoo and enjoying outdoor concerts/events.
