The CAMT Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians course will help you earn your CAMT credential, allowing you to improve your knowledge and skills and boost your reputation and confidence.

  • Documenting and reporting maintenance activities in compliance with company policy and regulation

  • Maintaining recreational facilities and common areas
  • Implementing a preventive maintenance schedule
  • Product repair and replacement decisions
  • Professional behavior, communication skills, and personal appearance 
REQUIREMENTS:

To obtain the CAMT credential, candidates must:

  • Have a minimum of 12 months of apartment or rental housing maintenance experience. (This can be obtained while taking the course, you will receive a provisional certificate until this requirement is met.)
  • Successfully complete of all CAMT coursework.
  • Pass the examination.
  • This program is a total of four (4) days and attendance for all classes is mandatory.
