IPC kicks off 2023 with tour of Kota North Scottsdale, in the shadow of McDowell Mountain

AMA’s Industry Partners Committee (IPC) kicked off 2023 in style with a tour of Kota North Scottsdale, 16356 N. Thompson Peak Parkway.

The Avenue5 Residential team knocked it out of the park with more than 65 industry partners in attendance. Sunshine Ellis and her team at Kota put on a beautiful display of food and the drinks were plentiful.

We had the pleasure of having Melissa Nicholas, associate vice president, and David Rench, regional maintenance manager, speak to us about the culture and history of Avenue5. Melissa and David explained very clearly the expectations they have of their industry partners, and how to become one, and the type of clients they serve.

Sunshine spoke with us about her “beautiful little city” that she is managing with a community of 736 apartment homes.

IPC attempts to maximize the value of AMA industry partner membership through increased business and educational opportunities with consistent promotion of the “Members Supporting Members” program.
